Gwagwalada, June 20, 2024 – Residents in the areas surrounding Gwagwalada Teaching Hospital, Zenith Bank, Customs Quarters, St. Mary’s Hospital, Mumai, Blessed IK Fish, City Mart, and the L2 Injection Substation are currently experiencing a power outage. This interruption in service is due to a technical fault on the breaker at the Gwagwalada Transmission Station, which is operated by the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN).
The TCN maintenance crew is on-site and working tirelessly to identify and rectify the issue. Efforts are being made to restore the power supply as quickly as possible to minimize the inconvenience to affected residents and businesses.
The Transmission Company of Nigeria has expressed regret for any inconvenience this outage may have caused and assures the public that they are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
