A close associate of Andrew Ameachi, the British Nigerian man implicated in the disappearance of Celine Ndidum and Afiba Tandoh, has revealed disturbing details about his past actions. According to Ben Samuel, Ameachi had previously pushed a woman off a two-storey balcony, resulting in a severe spinal cord injury. Samuel made these revelations during a conversation with media personality Daddy Freeze on a Facebook live stream.During the discussion, Samuel recalled that Ameachi was residing in Port Harcourt at the time of the incident and had been incarcerated for three months before somehow evading further consequences. Additionally, Samuel disclosed that Ameachi had a successful business in the United Kingdom, employing over 15 individuals. However, his life took a drastic turn after he was convicted of assaulting a woman, leading to a two-year prison sentence and the subsequent collapse of his business, plunging him into depression.Further complicating matters, Ameachi became embroiled in another criminal case in the UK, prompting him to flee to Nigeria to evade authorities. Samuel expressed frustration with the Nigerian law enforcement’s handling of Ameachi, alleging that officials accepted bribes in exchange for leniency. Shockingly, Samuel claimed that Ameachi was even issued a firearm license retroactively after allegedly bribing officials.Regarding the disappearance of Ndidum and Tandoh, Samuel revealed that Ameachi confessed to offering a bribe of N600,000 to police officers tasked with investigating the case. He also questioned the decision to allow Ameachi to retain possession of his personal vehicle while under investigation, suggesting possible collusion between Ameachi and law enforcement. In light of these revelations, Samuel called for a thorough investigation into Ameachi’s actions and the handling of the case by authorities. The disturbing pattern of violence and corruption surrounding Ameachi underscores the urgent need for accountability and justice for the victims and their families.
