The internal tensions within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Gwagwalada have taken another twist as outspoken party loyalist, Dobiza Dobiza, has condemned attempts to suspend him from the party, describing the move as an act of political intolerance.

In a strongly-worded statement obtained by Chronicles Reporters, Dobiza alleged that certain party leaders, driven by “greed,” are plotting to “sell out the APC,” and are now targeting voices of dissent to protect their personal interests.

“Nobody has the right to silence anyone on APC matters,” Dobiza declared. “I’m a concerned member of APC. That my plight is against some of our party leaders who are plotting to sell out APC out of greed is not a reason enough to suspend me.”

Dobiza, who describes himself as a “stunt member” of the party, emphasized that he is neither a party executive nor a stakeholder, but a grassroots loyalist who has never been involved in anti-party activities—unlike, he alleges, some influential figures within the APC.

“APC is for everybody and not for anybody. No leave, no transfer,” he added, signaling his commitment to remain in the party despite the mounting pressure.

His final remarks carried a political undertone, hinting at long-term ambitions and sustained activism within the APC fold:

“Meanwhile, after 2026, na 2027, In Sha Allah.”

Dobiza signed off identifying himself as “ONE MAN SQUAD”, reinforcing his image as a lone but unshakable voice in Gwagwalada’s APC political terrain.

The statement comes amid growing murmurs of factional rifts in the party, with allegations of internal betrayal and leadership compromises already dominating grassroots political discussions.

Chronicles Reporters will continue to monitor developments as the internal power struggles in Gwagwalada APC unfold.
