Worldwide streaming digital song agency, Audiomack Limited, and its African subsidiary, Audiomack Africa Limited, in compliance with an order of the FCT High Court, Suit No: FCT/CV/3340/2024 — Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin vs. Martins Otse alias VeryDarkMan — have removed and deleted the trending “Ole” song by VeryDarkMan from their platform.

This action follows the concerted legal efforts of counsel to Prophet Jeremiah and his wife, who wrote to Audiomack Limited informing them of two separate court orders restraining VeryDarkMan in this regard. In obedience to the court’s directive, and upon receiving formal written notification from lead counsel to Prophet Jeremiah, Samuel Ihensekhien Jnr., Esq., the digital streaming company today deleted all links to the trending “Ole” song uploaded on its platform.

It is important to note that, prior to this, the FCT High Court, presided over by Justice A. Yesuf Shafa sitting in Nyanya, Abuja, had in July 2025 delivered rulings in two separate matters filed against popular YouTuber, blogger, and self-proclaimed freedom fighter, Mr. Martins Vincent Otse (known as VeryDarkMan).

In those rulings, the court dismissed all preliminary objections filed by VeryDarkMan and instead granted a full interlocutory order of status quo ante bellum until the final determination of the suit filed by Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin of Deliverance Mercyland International Ministry, Warri, Delta State.

The rulings came after the court heard a motion on notice for interlocutory injunctive orders filed by Prophet Jeremiah’s counsel, Samuel Ihensekhien. The court granted a comprehensive status quoinjunction against VeryDarkMan, restraining him from further libeling or engaging in any defamatory acts against Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin through internet videos, Facebook, YouTube, or any other form of publication.

In its decision, the court resolved all three issues for determination against VeryDarkMan, thereby dismissing all his preliminary objections to the suit.

The pending case against VeryDarkMan has been adjourned to 27th October 2025 for continuation and conclusion of hearing.
