Religion is an institution that teaches and enlighten the public on the concept of the supernatural and the metaphysical relationship between the seen and the unseen.
Religion as a discipline, focuses on discipleship and mentorship based on ones faith and belief. The focus of religion therefore; is the transmission of knowledge in tandem with the tenets of the propagated faith.
Religion is a belief system and highly ideological. This makes it private and personal and mustn’t be imposed on persons or group of persons.
It is outrightly wrong to govern a multilateral and heterogeneous society like ours on the premise of religion, because like I stated above, religion is ideological.
The problem of Africa, is absolute extremism, we are jacks of all trades and acclaimed masters of all. It is only in Africa, that a man of God must function in the capacity of a super human, it is only in Africa, that a man of God must and should demonstrate a tendency of all knowing and all able.
Anointing in Africa, is perceived as a ranking that qualifies you to function in several offices without a specified jurisdiction. A clergy in Nigeria, must upgrade to a doctor with healing ability, he must upgrade to an economist having a monopoly of knowledge in the free market trade, he must demonstrate an unalloyed sagacity and wisdom to function in the office of a special adviser to government officials.
Religion in Africa, is the miraculous key that opens all doors. It is a multilateral in a unilateral and you are wondering the gross underdevelopment and unquantified measures of fanaticism engulfing our land.
Religion is the limit of science in explaining the material world but it is a discipline replicable on adherents.
May we be delivered of the deception of religion especially in Africa. The paddlers of religious truth in Africa, tend to be emotional and exaggerating making the truth complex and highly inaccessible.
What sounds like the truth in our religious places of worship today is outright lies. Wallahi. The self carriage of a superhuman is a myth that tends to exaggerate a personality beyond his worth.
The powers of religion, emanate from a conjunction which is a mystery but the actual spirituality and I tell you the truth only few have found such breakthroughs in the spirit.
A religion that looses it’s culture to function on the ground of intellectuality is a collosal disaster and a gimmicks.
