President Bola Tinubu’s one-year anniversary in office will be a low-key celebration, according to the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris. Speaking at a press conference organized to mark the anniversary on Wednesday, Idris explained that this decision aligns with the current national situation.

He was joined by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, George Akume, and the Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Abubakar Bagudu.

The Minister emphasized that the low-key celebration was a deliberate choice in response to prevailing national conditions, underscoring the administration’s sensitivity to the nation’s challenges.
