Major roads in the city are notably quieter, with minimal traffic congestion, while shops and small businesses remain operational. A visit to key markets, including Kwari, Sabon Gari, Singer, and Kurmi, revealed that most businesses were open, with only a handful closed.
As of the time of this report, there were no indications of protests occurring anywhere in the state.
