In a surprising turn of events, operatives from the Department of State Services (DSS) have arrested the President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Joe Ajaero. The arrest took place early Monday morning at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja.
Reports from Vanguard indicate that Ajaero was preparing to board a flight to the United Kingdom for an official engagement when he was apprehended by DSS agents.
