President Bola Tinubu will embark on a working visit to France on Monday, August 19, 2024. According to a statement released by Presidential spokesperson Ajuri Ngelale on Sunday evening, the President will return to Nigeria after his brief stay in France.
This upcoming trip follows closely on the heels of President Tinubu’s recent three-day state visit to Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. During his time in Malabo, he engaged in bilateral discussions with Equatorial Guinea’s President, Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo. The two leaders also signed important agreements on security, as well as oil and gas cooperation.
