Joe Ajaero, the President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), has returned to the Labour House in Abuja after responding to a police invitation.
Ajaero’s visit to the police headquarters was prompted by allegations related to terrorism financing, subversion, and cybercrime. These accusations emerged in the wake of the #EndBadGovernance protests held from August 1 to 10, 2024.
Accompanied by his legal representative, Femi Falana (SAN), and human rights activist Deji Adeyanju, Ajaero appeared before the Intelligence Response Team (IRT) at the former SARS facility in Guzape.
