Just a week after returning from a visit to France, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to embark on a trip to the People’s Republic of China. According to Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, this visit is scheduled for the first week of September.

Ngelale stated that the trip to China is part of the administration’s ongoing efforts to improve the welfare of Nigerians. During his visit, President Tinubu is expected to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping, where several Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) will be signed.

Additionally, President Tinubu will hold meetings with the Chief Executive Officers of ten major companies in China, focusing on sectors such as oil and gas, aluminum production, agriculture, and satellite technology.
