President Bush Meets Obasanjo

Former U.S. President George Bush concluded his five-day African tour with a significant meeting in Nigeria, where he met with ex-Nigerian President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo. The discussions between the two leaders covered various critical issues affecting Africa and Nigeria, including the arrangements for the exile of former Liberian President, Charles Taylor, in Nigeria. During the visit, Bush stressed that Africa should not become a sanctuary for terrorists who threaten global security.
