The management of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has advised applicants facing difficulties to reapply for the student loan, noting that all technical issues with the website have been resolved.
This was stated by NELFUND on its X (formerly Twitter) account on Monday. NELFUND, which oversees the student loan initiative, mentioned that students can reapply or continue the application process on the website.
The organization also noted that applicants might have received an SMS or email advising them to reapply for the loan.
“NELFUND Students/Applicants: If you have encountered challenges with the application process, please check back to either re-register or continue the application process. The technical issues have been resolved. You may also have received an SMS or email from NELFUND asking you to try again. If you are successful when you retry, please let us know. If not, please reach out to us,” the statement read.
