In a tragic incident that unfolded in Kutunku, panic and fear gripped the citizens of Gwagwalada as unknown gunmen attacked the area. Dr. Manasseh from the national hospital lost his life, while three others sustained gunshot wounds. Witnesses present at a nearby shops, neighbors and business owners during the incident revealed that the police were contacted, but their delayed response, due to lack of patrol van which allowed the robbers to target businesses passerby and some unarmed officers, stealing their money and valuables such as phones and other items.
