PVCs recovered from Anambra Forest are sorted by youths.
Hundreds of thousands of Permanent Voter cards retrieved from a forest in Nnewi, Anambra State, are being processed by community youths.
The sorting is taking place at the Obi Umudim palace, according to our source, while officials from the Independent National Election Commission are yet to arrive.
The PVCs will be distributed to the owners after being sorted by ward.
On Tuesday, a hunter discovered the PVCs and reported the situation to a radio station.
