A young officer of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Ugwueze Ezekiel, lives in aviation estate,Kuje LGA, Abuja, this aforementioned culprit also owns clean-wheel car shop opposite palace Hotel in Abuja. He has been torturing and threatening his siblings for the past 8 years for no reason and in the last one year over allegation of having male friends.
These two victims named Ugwueze Victory chidinma and Ugwueze success Amarachi are age 19 & 21, Ugwueze victory chidinma is a first class graduate Bsc biology university of Abuja while other Ugwueze success amarachi is currently studying micro biology university of Abuja.

She reported that Ezekiel Ugwueze came home one day yelling at the top of his voice saying ” you have a boyfriend and give me your phone” after he seized it I did welcome back of my sim to get my contacts back with another phone my friend Chisom gave to me, last night when he came home. “He asked for the new phone my friend gave me again, I refused to give him, then he started hitting my head on the wall slapping me and used a stick on my legs and dragging my breast I couldn’t move. I had to bring out the phone because the beating was much After that he asked me to lie on the floor and was flogging me with a cable and belt and sized my admission letter and my certificate”
According to the victims the isn’t the first time in 2022 of suffering near death torture from the angry NSCDC officer. he always report to one police officer naked Oche over the phone to come and pick them up after torture at night and the police won’t show up, after reporting to a mediator who only intervened and called for family meeting behind closed doors while the victims are yet to get justice or protection against the dangerous predator after being persuaded by officer Ezekiel Ugwueze who always brag about money and connection as a shield for escaping his violent crime.
Ugwueze Victory chidinma and Ugwueze success Amarachi are currently homeless and hiding somewhere in Abuja while the murderous threats continues.We have enough evidence of the brutality and threats incase any lawyer is interested in suing on behalf of the victims. We are calling on all authority, civil society and human rights crusaders to wade in before it leads to mother of two promising young Nigerians.
